How we use it
- To reply to project inquiries and prepare quotes or discovery calls.
- To operate and improve the website once privacy-friendly analytics is enabled with real vendor IDs.
- To meet basic legal, security, and accounting needs for client work.
Form delivery services
The contact form may post to a third-party form relay (FormSubmit) configured for [email protected]. If that path fails, the site can open a mailto draft so you can send the same content from your own email app. We do not claim backend receipt is verified on this static staging package.
Analytics
Analytics is disabled by default in this package until a real domain and vendor IDs are configured. When enabled, we aim for privacy-friendly measurement (aggregate traffic, no sale of personal data).
Sharing
We do not sell inquiry data. We share data only with tools needed to run the site or project (form relay, email, hosting, analytics when enabled) or when the law requires it.
Retention
Inquiry emails and related notes are kept only as long as needed to respond, quote, deliver work, or meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete or correct contact details that are no longer needed for an active project or obligation.
Your choices
- Email us to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold from your inquiry, subject to legal limits.
- Do not submit sensitive personal data through the public form.
- Use the mailto path if you prefer sending from your own mailbox only.
Children
This site is for business inquiries. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this notice when tools, hosting, or legal requirements change. The date above will move when we do.
